HELLO ! i am so happy to have been approved ...i am 30 years old and i am ana-mia since 18....my problem is during the weekend because my husband always take me to restaurant....so i wouldl ike to know what do you usually order at restaurant ?i hate saturdays because i usually binge and purging because i know i will go to restaurants in the evening :( i don't want to purge anymore...

hello to everyone i am italian and i am a 30 years old doctor i am ana-mia since i was 18.. when i was younger i often ate too much and then vomiting 2-3 times a a day....now i don't want to do it anymore because it is dangerous and i feel so tired and sad when i do it...then i read that vomiting eliminates only 30-50% of calories ...is it true? thanks for your answer!kisses
